****You’ll Need for this recipe :****
2 lbs of ground beef.
3 tsp. of minced garlic.
3 cups of water.
2 (15 ounce) cans of tomato sauce.
2 (15 ounce) cans of diced tomatoes.
2 tbsp. of Italian seasoning.
3 bay leaves.
3 tbsp. of soy sauce.
1 tbsp. of seasoned salt.
2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni.
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
****How to make this recipe:****
In a skillet over medium high heat, sauté the ground beef until cooked. Add in garlic and cook for 5 more minutes. Add in water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce and seasoned salt. Mix all together then cover and cook for 15 to 20 min.
Uncover and add in the uncooked elbow macaroni and mix together. Simmer for about 30 min.
Remove the skillet from the heat and remove the bay leaves.
Before serving, add 1 cup of cheddar cheese to the goulash.
