No Roll Egg Rolls





What You'll Need



  • 1 pound of pork sausage
  • I bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or garlic powder-I use Wildtree garlic galore
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup of onion, diced

How to Make It

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet and add all of the other ingredients on top. Cover and cook on the stove top about 5 minutes on medium heat. Remove lid, stir/toss and taste. Finish to your taste/texture preference.
