1 onion diced
3 bacon rashers diced
1 cup self-raising flour
5 egg
1 cup cheese grated
1 1/2 cup zucchini unpeeled grated
1 cup carrot grated
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbs butter
how to make it:
Preheat oven to 150C.
STEP 2 Fry onion and bacon until onion is clear and bacon is cooked but not crispy.
STEP 3 Sift flour into a bowl, add eggs and rest of the ingredients. Stir until combined. Pour into a greased 6 cup capacity dish.
STEP 4 Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
